Bowl For Kids’ Sake by Big Brother & Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Marin Counties
When: Saturday, Sept. 8 from 12pm – 2pm
Where: Frank Theatres CineBowl & Grille at Delray Beach, 14775 Lyons Road
Description: TEAMS ARE COMPOSED OF FOUR BOWLERS. Teams may have fewer than four people, but your team will be placed at a lane with another team/individual.
THE REGISTRATION FEE IS $75/BOWLER OR $300/TEAM. Registration fees can be covered by donations received during fundraising as long as the total registration cost is covered for the team. All participants receive pizza, soft drinks, and commemorative t-shirt.

Musical Meatless Monday
When: Monday, Sept. 17 from 5pm – 7pm
Where: Arts Garage, 92 NE 2nd Ave.
Description: This plant-based potluck is a wonderful opportunity for the community to simply to BE TOGETHER for fun, play, and dining to a difference. The musical part comes from drumming together. We will have drums available to play with should you not have your own. Come for fun, community, and the joy of making a difference together!

Coffee and Conversation

Where: Donnie’s Place, 60 Northwest 5th Avenue
Description: Community Services’ new “Coffee & Conversation” meetings allow staff to meet for a conversation at Donnie’s Place with Director James Green. Talk about work-related issues, good news, or provide helpful feedback to improve working conditions and the department.
