Her business experience includes leadership coaching, team building, public speaking, organization development, and instructional design. She holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from NYU and she is certified as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the acclaimed Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Tracy is certified and licensed by the Protocol School of Washington as an International Protocol and Etiquette Consultant, Image Consultant, and as a Protocol Officer.She is very interested in connecting people from many different professions and loves it when her tenants network with each other.
When Tracy isn’t working, you can find her either hanging out with her husband, playing tennis, reading, or walking her two adorable, fluffy poodles.

Michael graduated from George Washington University with a BA in Accounting and has been a practicing CPA, specializing in Forensic Accounting, for over thirty years.
As a past Delray Beach mayoral candidate, Michael has been a resident of Delray Beach for the past twenty-nine years. He is currently on the Delray Beach Police Advisory Board and he is a WARC committee member. Michael also loves to volunteer in the community. He has been a Boy Scout leader and little league coach for as long as he has lived in Delray Beach.
Michael has seen and been a part of the growth of this great city and he is interested in being part of its development for many years to come.
When Michael isn’t working on finding stolen money or doing volunteer work, he can be found spending time with his wife and children, hanging out at the beach attempting to kite board, or just enjoying the beautiful view of the sea.

Sistie comes to DBES with 20 years of executive suites experience, working as the GM of a large international corporation in Boca Raton, Florida.
Sistie was born in the Big Apple, went to high school in Great Neck, NY, and went to college in Washington, DC. Prior to moving to South Florida, she lived in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands where she owned an advertising and marketing business.
Sistie is a people person and an animal lover. She is a supporter of the Peggy Adams Shelter and the Big Dog Ranch. Her favorite part of living in Delray Beach is the small town feel and the beautiful beach.

Michael grew up in Delray Beach. He is a professional barefoot water skier who enjoys beautiful, outdoor, Florida life.
Safety is our number one priority at Delray Beach Executive Suites. Most days of the week, Michael patrols the property to make sure everything is as it should be. In addition to keeping our area safe, he also makes sure that everything is clean and in working order.
We want to keep the property both safe and beautiful.
